1) Dream of an Idealist

  1. Talk to the Soldier at Grandshelt Town Square in Chapter 1 after the story takes you to Grandshelt Inn.
  2. Talk to Scott in the Village of Kol.
  3. Go to Earth Shrine & examine the objective point by save point at the entrance.
  4. Talk to Scott again in the Village of Kol.
  5. Fight Poison Flora out in the overworld NE of Village of Kol.
  6. Talk to Scott again in the Village of Kol.
Rewards: Flamberge / 500 Gil


2) Secrets Unearthed

  1. Talk to Chloe at Felicitas Item Shop.
  2. Pull up the overworld map & go to the blue sub objective points at:
    • NE of Felicitas
    • SW of Felicitas
    • SE of Felicitas
  3. Talk to Chloe again at Felicitas Item Shop.
Rewards: Magicite Shard / Monk’s Prayer Beads.


3) The Weight of Mercy

  1. Talk to Soldier at Grandport after finishing the story events at Kolobos Ruins.
  2. Talk to Rolan at NW house in Felicitas.
  3. Talk to Soldier again at Grandport.
  4. Go to sub objective point in Kolobos Ruins.
  5. Beat the fight that ensues.
  6. Talk to Rolan again in Felicitas.
Rewards: Iwakirimaru / 500 Gil


4) Rear Support, Ahoy!

  1. Talk to Zile at western pier in Grandport after acquiring Siren.
  2. Talk to Chocobo Coachman in Grandport.
  3. Run around Grandport in overworld & defeat four Human Trap enemies from random encounters.
  4. Talk to Chocobo Coachman again in Grandport.
Rewards: Magicite Shard / 500 Gil


5) Elven Maven

  1. Talk to Silvia in Dilmagia between the Item & Weapon/Armor Shops.
  2. Go to the light-colored tree at Mt. Thunderclap.
  3. Talk to Silvia again in Dilmagia.
  4. Talk to Silvia in Dwarven Forge.

6) Arise, Mechabo!

  1. Automatically accepts the sub quest upon returning to Dwarven Forge after Mobliz Shipyard story event.
  2. Run around north of Dwarven Forge in overworld to defeat two Ipoohs in random encounters.
  3. Talk to Verun in Dwarven Forge.
Rewards: Magicite Shard / Repaired Mechabo


7) Lyrical Riddles

  1. Talk to Roy upon returning to Dwarven Forge after Mobliz Shipyard story event.
  2. Go to the Cid portraits at Mobliz Shipyard.
  3. Talk to Old Man at Dilmagia Shipyard.
  4. Talk to Roy again in Dwarven Forge.
Rewards: Magicite Shard, 800 Gil


8) Mechabo Evolved

  1. Talk to Verun in Dwarven Forge after completing Arise, Mechabo! sub quest.
  2. Run around the desert NE of Grandport and defeat three Dhorme Chimerae in random encounters.
  3. Talk to Verun again in Dwarven Forge.
  4. Run around the SW area of Dwarven Forge and defeat three Medusae in random encounters.
  5. Talk to Verun again in Dwarven Forge.
  6. Run around the Western area of the Olderion Federation continent and defeat three Destroyers in random encounters.
  7. Talk to Verun again in Dwarven Forge.
  8. Run around the Southern area of the Zoldaad continent and defeat three Sandworms in random encounters.
  9. Talk to Verun again in Dwarven Forge.

9) Medicinal Mission

  1. Talk to Sarah in NE corner of Olderion after Cave of Waters story event.
  2. Talk to Ilias in front of Olderion Inn.
  3. Select ONE of the three approaches presented to you to finish the sub quest.
    • “About obtaining a cure from a monster”
      • Fight the Blood Dragon north of Rukh Cave.
    • “About collecting ingredients for a cure”
      • Go to objective point SW of Sanctum of Firion.
      • Go to Cave of Waters and get the next ingredient.
    • “About purchasing the cure from a merchant”
      • Talk to Merchant in Secluded Dwelling
      • Purchase medicine for 50,000 Gil if you select this method
Rewards: Magicite Shard / 1500 Gil


10) The Tide from the Sky

  1. Talk to Soldier in Town of Amore.
  2. Go to the pirate ship located NE of Town of Amore.
  3. Defeat the pirates in the fight that ensues.
  4. Talk to the Elderly Woman by the Olderion Item / Weapon / Armor Shop.
  5. Talk to Mercedes in Waterfall Way at the area where the waterfall hits your character model.
Rewards: Magicite Shard / 1500 Gil


11) The Call from Beyond

  1. Talk to Bewildered Man in Zoldaad Residential District after completing Chapter 4.
  2. Go to the objective point NW of Pyroviper Cave.
  3. Talk to the four passengers on the Phantom Train.
  4. Talk to the two passengers in the next room of the Phantom Train.
  5. Answer ‘General Wilhelm’s men’
  6. Answer ‘Exposing Lazarov’
  7. Go back to the previous room and talk to the blonde Civilian Woman.
  8. Answer ‘The remorse of the soldiers’
  9. Beat the Phantom Train True From in a fight.
Rewards: Camille Vision / Magicite


12) Rogue Rebel

  1. Talk to Simon in Rebel Hideout after completing Chapter 4.
  2. Talk to Leisurely Woman at Zoldaad Residential District.
  3. Talk to Amicable Boy at Zoldaad Slums.
  4. Investigate the nearby manhole at Zoldaad Slums.
    • Obtain X-X-D-X-X-X code.
  5. Inspect five other manholes throught Zolddad; they are located at:
    • Zoldaad Imperial Hotel - in front of train station sign
      • Obtain RO-X-X-X-X-X code.
    • Zoldaad Imperial Hotel - near the entrance of Zoldaad Inn.
      • Obtain X-X-X-X-X-NT code.
    • Zoldaad Castle Plaza - bottom center in front of the juggler NPC
      • Obtain X-X-X-MER-X-X code.
    • Zoldaad Commercial District - southeast by the child standing by the cart
      • Obtain X-BE-X-X-X-X code.
    • Zoldaad Residential District - south center by the three NPCs
      • Obtain X-X-X-X-CHA-X code.
  6. Find the ROBED MERCHANT at Zoldaad Commercial District near where the fourth manhole was.
  7. Answer “Wild Rose.”
  8. Talk to Simon again in Rebel Hideout.
Rewards: Magicite / Rose Circlet


13) O General! My General!

  1. Talk to Ozetta at Zoldaad Castle Plaza after completing The Call from Beyond sub quest.
  2. Go to the objective point south of the Zoldaad continent.
  3. Go to the objective point west of the Sanctum of Shantotto.
  4. Talk to Ozetta again at Zoldaad Castle Plaza.
  5. Go to the objective point in Weapons Factory across the completed bridge.
  6. Talk to Foxie at Zoldaad Inn.
Rewards: Wilhelm Vision / Magicite Cryst


14) Forger of Wills

  1. Talk to Gossiping Girl in Dilmagia.
  2. Talk to Aileen in Dilmagia Shipyard.
  3. Talk to Military Engineer in front of Dilmagia Weapon & Armor Shop.
  4. Talk to Affable Woman in Village of Kol.
  5. Talk to Former Rebel in Rebel Hideout.
  6. Talk to Aileen again in Dilmagia Shipyard.
    • Answer ‘It’s a tool of harm’
    • Answer ‘A way to rebel against troubling times’
    • Answer ‘Craft weapons that suit each of us well’
Rewards: Aileen Vision / Magicite


15) Beyond the Blue

  1. Talk to Chairman in Dilmagia Shipyard.
  2. Go to the objective point at NW section of Mobliz Shipyard using the left elevator.
  3. Go to the objective point back at Dilmagia Shipyard.
  4. Talk to Evan on the Airship.
  5. Beat Typhon in a battle.
  6. Talk to Chairman again in Dilmagia Shipyard.

16) Nichol’s Duty

  1. Talk to Nichol in Olderion.
  2. Talk to Aggravated Fisherman by Olderion Item / Weapon / Armor Shop.
  3. Go to the objective point at Lake Dorr.
  4. Go to the objective point at SE part of Olderion Federation continent.
  5. Beat Sahagin in a fight.
  6. Go to the objective point at Cave of Waters.
  7. Go to the objective point at Lake Dorr again.
Rewards: Enchanted Ring / Attribute Bonus: Nichol (HP +100, MP +30, Magic +30, Speed +20)


17) Mog Tag

  1. Talk to the Moogles at the eastern part of Mysidia.
  2. Choose ‘Play’
  3. Find the three Moogles.
    • Go left immediately and catch the first Moogle floating around the west part of the circular platform.
    • Go to the western pathway towards Sakura’s House and catch the second Moogle floating around it.
    • Go across the eastern bridge and catch the third Moogle floating around it.
Rewards: Mist X-Potion


18) More Mog Tag

  1. Talk to the Moogles at the eastern part of Mysidia after completing the Mog Tag sub quest.
  2. Find the three Moogles.
    • Go left immediately and catch the first Moogle floating around the north part of the circular platform.
    • Take the teleport point to the left of the Mysidia Shops and catch the second Moogle floating around the circular platform where you teleport to.
    • Proceed toward the NE grave and find the third Moogle floating around the narrow pathway there.

19) Even More Mog Tag

  1. Talk to the Moogles at the eastern part of Mysidia after completing the More Mog Tag sub quest.
  2. Find the three Moogles.
    • Go across the eastern bridge and catch the first Moogle floating around it.
    • Take the teleport point to the left of the Mysidia Shops and go north toward the central house and find the second Moogle floating around it.
    • Go to the western pathway toward the teleport point to the Arcane Library and find the third Moogle floating around it.
Rewards: Magicite Cryst


20) Mechabo Unleashed

  1. Talk to Verun at Dwarven Forge after visiting Mysidia for the first time.
  2. Talk to Verun on the Airship.
  3. Run around the island SW of the Mysidia continent and defeat three Mahadevas in random encounters.
  4. Talk to Verun again on the Airship.
  5. Run around the island west of the Sanctum of Onion Knight (the bottom one) and defeat three Malbodooms in random encounters.
  6. Talk to Verun again on the Airship.
Rewards: Magicite Cryst / New Mechabo Skills for Lid as each task is completed


21) Victoria Revivified

  1. Talk to Victoria by the NE save point in Mysidia after finishing the main story at Village of Sunioo.
  2. Talk to Victoria at the Potion Factory.
  3. Talk to Victoria at Victoria’s Shrine at the NW part of the Mysidia continent.
  4. Defeat the Black Lizards located on the island NE of the Mysidia continent that has the Tartarosaurus Cave.
  5. Go to the objective point in Mysidia.
Rewards: Victoria Vision / Magicite


22) Token Legacy

  1. Sleep at Olderion Inn (not sure if it can be any Inn) after main story at Nameless Ruins.
    • A pre-requisite might be the Active Time Chat involving Jake at Village of Sinoo.
    • A cutscene will happen during resting to initiate the sub quest.
  2. Talk to Info Dealer at Zoldaad Slums.
  3. Go aboard the train at Capital Station.
  4. Interact with the two objective points at Kellis Station.
  5. Talk to Shera in Zoldaad Castle.
Rewards: Trick Coin / Attribute Bonus: Jake (HP +100, MP +30, Strength +30, Stamina +20)


23) Battle at the Big Bridge

  1. Defeat Gilgamesh on the Enterprise Airship Deck.
    • Need to have previously interacted with Gilgamesh at Waterfall Way.
    • If sub objective marker is on Airship and is not initiating the sub quest, reboot the game and check it again later.
  2. Go to the following bridge locations.
    • NW of Grandshelt
    • NE of Dilmagia
    • South of Waterfall Way
    • By Mozul Station
  3. After a scene, go to the bridge north of Town of Felicitas.
  4. Choose ‘Cross the bridge with Gilgamesh’

24) Errand’s End

  1. Examine The Drofox Gazette Vol. 4 board at Zoldaad Imperial Hotel after completing Token Legacy sub quest.
  2. Talk to Shera at Zoldaad Castle.
  3. Talk to Amelia by Olderion Inn.
  4. Talk to Amelia at Waterfall Way.
  5. Examine The Drofox Gazette Vol. 4 board again at Zoldaad Imperial Hotel.

25) Last Respite

  1. Talk to Archwitch Fina at Grandshelt after completing Chapter 5.
  2. Go to the objective point at eastern Grandshelt.
  3. Go to the objective point in front of Grandshelt Colosseum.

  5. Talk to the King in Grandshelt Castle.

  1. Talk to Boy at Mysidia after Chapter 6 starts.

  4. Go to objective point at the island NW of Cavern of Swords.
  5. Go to gravestone east of the Mysidia Potion Factory.

  5. Talk to Old Man at Nameless Ruins.

30) The Shield of the Weak

  1. Talk to Charlotte at Grandport Harbor once Chapter 7 starts.
  2. Talk to the two marked NPCs & one marked shelf at Grandshelt Castle.

  5. Talk to Mother at Cavern of Swords.
  6. Beat the battle that ensues.

  1. Examine western side of Gaberada Inn once Chapter 7 starts.
  2. Go to the objective point at Gaberada.
  3. Beat the Adamandelion on the island north of Water Shrine.
  4. Go to the objective point at Gaberada.
  5. Go to the objective point at Lost Cave.

32) The Admirable Apprentice

    • Find Infernal Hollow by bringing your Airship over the fire vortex by the volcano on the Zoldaad continent.
  4. Beat the fight that ensues.
  5. Go to the objective point in Mt. Thunderclap.
  6. Talk to Ayaka again in Town of Sian.

  1. Talk to Raegen on the Airship Deck after completing Chapter 7.

  5. Talk to Raegen again on the Airship Deck.
