New Final Fantasy 10 25th Anniversary Release Confirmed for November 2026

Final Fantasy X is one of the most beloved games on the PS2, and one of the greatest RPGs of all time. The story of Yuna's pilgrimage across Spira, accompanied by Tidus and her other guardians, and her tragic quest to defeat Sin has become legendary, to the point many fans will argue no subsequent FF title has ever surpassed it.

As of 2026, 25 years have officially passed since Final Fantasy 10 released on the PlayStation 2. To celebrate the occasion, a new FFX release has been announced and revealed, and is set to be released in November.

Disc 1 of the set includes the tracks: "Zanarkand," "Otherworld," "This Is Your Story," "Tidus's Theme," "Besaid," "Blitz Off !" "A Fleeting Dream," and "Ending Theme."

Whether for oneself or as a gift for the holidays, this new release is a perfect purchase for any Final Fantasy fan, or simply for anyone who can appreciate the beautiful compositions originally done by Nobuo Uematsu, Masashi Hamauzu, and Junya Nakano. The collection is confirmed to be releasing in November 2026, but no specific date has been announced as of yet. Western fans should also be aware that this is a Japanese import, and some components of the collection may be in Japanese.

"FINAL FANTASY X LP Vinyl Set -Eternal Calm-" is currently available to pre-order for £79.99 Pounds, or just over $108 USD.
